SAÛT or SAVÛT, meaning elderflower but also KNOWLEDGE, in an overall sense.
For centuries, the knowledge and use of Medicinal Herbs has been a part of the popular culture in Carnia, and has represented a source of livelihood for the entire community.
The realisation of the Saût project has been entrusted to the Cooperativa Sociale Agricola TAVIELE, which was born in Cercivento in 2013.
