As La Cort considers sustainability a great concept, we use the Green Delivery Service of DHL Courier Express, for some deliveries to Ue or Extra Cee Countries. In addition to that our Company tries to recycle packaging material, when possible.

The purchase of gift cards is purely virtual and therefore a physical card will not be sent, but rather an email quoting a code.
The expected delivery times are specified within the page of the individual product or package, calculated from the day of payment. These are variable and non-binding, and may vary depending on the destination. An additional 1-2 days should be calculated for the islands and abroad.
The goods will be sent by express courier to the delivery address indicated by the user at the time of making the order. Please remember that it is possible to enter a delivery address different from that of the user’s residence, such as that of the workplace or of a neighbour.
We emphasise that delivery will be made on the ground floor, even in the case of furniture, from Monday to Friday, during the hours from 9 am to 6 pm, by express courier; the user can in any case follow the course of their package with the tracking number that will be communicated to them by email. In the event of a delivery failure due to the absence of the recipient at the address indicated by them in the order, the courier will leave a notice certifying the delivery attempt.
Before accepting the package you are advised to check the integrity of the pack-age in the presence of the courier and, in the case of damage, to fill in the ap-propriate form from the courier and send it back. La Cort will send an equivalent replacement product.
We will not accept the return of damaged packages reported after delivery.
