FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Being artisan crafted items, in the majority of cases realised by hand, the production times are normally at least one week and in some cases are three to four weeks; it is possible that some products are made especially for the customer.
The delivery times for orders with several products are determined by the articles with the longest production times. In certain cases two deliveries might be made for the same order, with, however, a single delivery charge being applied.
The products are usually always available, with the relative time of preparation or production, except in certain cases where it will be indicated “this item is currently not available”.

All the products are originals, and are sold in accordance with the suppliers.
A registration is not necessary to make a purchase, however some data will be required to proceed to the confirmation of the order and for the payment.
La Cort delivers in the European countries indicated in the Shipping page.
On request, La Cort can also deliver to countries outside Europe, with any duties and customs charges to be borne by the purchaser.

The assembly service is not included in the cost of the product and is not provided by La Cort; all the products that require assembly have the relevant instructions.
In the event of a damaged product, the user must immediately report the problem to the shipping company using the appropriate form; the courier will return the package to us. La Cort will send an analogous product in replacement, without additional charge.
In the event that a product is delivered that does not conform or suffers from a latent defect, La Cort undertakes to reimburse the user for the full price of the product, or at their choice, to deliver a product identical to the one ordered, if available, or otherwise one of equivalent quality and price. The user must report the defect of conformity within two months from the date on which the defect was discovered, but in any case within the two-year period of the Legal Guarantee.
The user, by writing to customercare@lacortstore.com may declare that they do not want a replacement for the defective product but a refund of the amount paid, exclusive of the costs of delivery.
The refund will be made within 14 (fourteen) days, to the bank account details provided by the user.
