The Ceramica Pezzetta was the brainchild of Enore Pezzetta who, in 1955, started this new activity to continue his artistic experience as a sculptor. In addition to modern designs, key motifs are the country floral decoration and the more stylised one, inspired by the Friulian ceramics of the 1700s and 1800s, currently produced under the direction of his daughter Mariangela.
The patterns that appear on the Pezzetta ceramics reflect the traditional patterns of Friuli and recall the motifs of the Galvani ceramics, the most important ceramics production of the region in the nineteenth century.
