Set of three Heart ceramic buttons completely handmade. The gugjet shaped buttons are painted in red and white to recreate the heart image.
\nThe set includes two larger buttons and one little: you can use them on a dress, for accessories, for realizing Christmas works and for decorating your home.
\nThe gugjet is the distinctive symbol used in Carnia (the northern part of Friuli Venezia Giulia), and in ancient times donated to wives from their husbands. It is a heart originally made with metal materials and now as inspiration for many local crafters.<\/p>\n
Ceramic and paintings materials are nontoxic and do not contain lead.<\/p>\n

\nThen the buttons are modelled by hand or through special molds using clay sheets. The buttons are now dried and finished before being decorated. Pigments, colored clays, varnishes are usually used to garnish the buttons.
\nThe buttons are realized and hand painted from the local factory Bottoni e non solo<\/em> specialized in clay and pottery manufacturing.
\nThe artisan produces several different and original shaped buttons, sometimes in partnership with external designers.
